Email hello@twigged.design. That address reaches a person, and it is the right one for billing questions, refunds, account problems, and anything you would rather raise before signing up.

You do not need an account to use it. If you are locked out, or a payment failed, or you never got as far as signing in, this is the way through — the report form inside the product needs a session, which is no help when the session is the problem.

What to include

Anything you already know saves a round trip: the email address on the account, roughly when the problem started, and what you were doing at the time. For a billing question, the date and amount of the charge is usually enough to find it.

If you are signed in

The help widget in the corner of the dashboard sends straight to the same place and carries the page you were on with it, so there is less to describe. Either route reaches the same inbox.

Data protection

For requests about your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — the Privacy Notice sets out your rights and how to exercise them. Complaints about how we have handled personal data have their own route, described in Privacy complaints.
